ABOUT

Welcome to my website! Ny name is Keshia Cheung and I am a Calgary-based photographer and artist. Ever since my childhood, I have loved all types of animals and observing them in their natural environments. With this passion, I specialize in Pet and Wildlife photography. However, I also enjoy finding the beauty in photographing wonderful families, landscapes, delicious food, and gorgeous flowers.

My education and degree in Film, combined with my years of experience as a photographer, videographer and painter, has enhanced my creative eye and aids in commemorating those special moments with your companion. I especially love using colour in my photography to bring out a dream-like quality to your photographs, as the joy captured in facial expressions pop as a result.

With my passion for animals, I am able to create a unique connection with them through patience, empathetic understanding of individual pet emotions, and a desire to capture them in their element and showcase their unique personalities, along with their soul essence. I believe in using a majority of "natural expression" photography, where the happiest and joyful pictures are achieved by being in a comfortable environment and playful situation.

You do not have to worry that your pet never made it to obedience school, because I make it my priority to capture your pet at their very best in any situation.

You will be able to create a wonderful gallery in your home with professional print products that will surely wow your friends and family. Take pride in showcasing your beautiful family and adorable pets.

Captivating lifetime memories are just a quick photoshoot away!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Pets

Bring your pets to a fun and casual photo shoot at the park, out in nature, or in the comfort of your own home.

Being in a relaxed, stress-free and natural environment leads to happy smiles and beautiful pictures.

With yummy treats, attention grabbing toys and a quick camera, your personalized photoshoot will feel like a quick and easy stroll through the park.

I use my environment to create well lit, dream-like quality to your photos, with an emphasis on natural sunlight. Occasionally using a supplementary flash to brighten shadows. Capturing doggy smiles, perfect portraits, hilarious facial expressions, amazing agility and athleticism is what I love to do!

After your session is photographed; leashes, dander, stray hairs, collars and eye-goop can all be "Photoshopped" away, resulting in clean photos of your pets.

Treat yourself and your fur-babies with a special photoshoot that will keep you saying "awww" for years to come.

People

This "Fun Families" photography package is designed to celebrate birthdays, milestones, or just a fun afternoon at the park.

With an emphasis on capturing people in a fun and relaxed setting.

I love to capture the candid moments that make life unique, focusing on the expressions and bonds shared amongst your family.

Your personalized photo shoot will feel like a casual Saturday afternoon stroll through the park.
